Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end O.J. Howard (hamstring) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday. It's a little odd with the Buccaneers coming off their bye. Howard has been one of the biggest fantasy busts at his position this year in the first year with Bruce Arians as head coach. They've vowed to get him more involved in the passing game, but fantasy owners won't believe it until they see it at this point. He's become a low-end TE2 and will be even more of a risk if he's playing at less than 100 percent.
