Minnesota Timberwolves center Naz Reid (wrist) will not play Friday against the Philadelphia 76ers. Reid's absence is yet another blow to Minnesota who are still missing Karl-Anthony Towns (COVID-19) and Juan Hernangomez (COVID-19). Ed Davis will most likely start while Jarred Vanderbilt could see extra minutes as a small-ball five. Reid was playing extremely well as a fill-in starter and his next opportunity to play will be Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers.--Dale Johnson
