Mitch Trubisky Erupts For Six Touchdowns
6 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky completed 19 of 26 passes for 354 yards and six touchdown passes in the Bears romp over the Buccaneers 48-10. Trubisky added 53 rushing yards in an out-of-nowhere, all-time performance at home. Receivers were open all over the field and the second-year quarterback did not miss as he tied the franchise record for passing touchdowns in a game. His accuracy was fantastic as the Bears put up 38 first-half points and Trubisky threw the most touchdowns in a single half since the Packers Aaron Rodgers in 2014.. The Bears go into the bye week with plenty of confidence at 3-1 and Trubisky's monster game will have him shooting up the ranks in fantasy. He will have a favorable matchup in two weeks against a Dolphins defense that was torn apart by the Patriots in Week 4.
