Mitch Trubisky Delivers Two Touchdowns In Win
Chicago Bears quarterback Mitch Trubisky completed 16 of 29 passes for 220 yards, 51 rushing yards and two passing touchdowns in the Bears 24-10 win over the Jets. Trubisky has now posted four straight solid fantasy performances despite his, at times, uneven efforts on the field. The second-year quarterback got a huge boost when a screen pass to running back Tarik Cohen was taken to the house for a 70-yard touchdown. But Trubisky also went through a stretch in the first half where he completed only 1 of 9 passes and his issues with inaccuracy surfaced again. There is little doubt, however, that his game continues to grow and he has proven to be a fantastic rushing quarterback. Trubisky needs to be rostered in all leagues but has a sneaky tough matchup on the road next week against the Bills.
