3 years agoLos Angeles Chargers wide receiver Mike Williams will be manning the X receiver position that Michael Thomas played in the New Orleans Saints scheme in new offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi's scheme. Lombardi is excited about using Williams' skill set this year and expects big things from him. It should all boil down to a lot of targets for Williams in his contract year. If he can remain on the field, he could be the key factor that unlocks this new offensive system under second-year quarterback Justin Herbert, who won the Offensive Rookie of the Year in 2020. The 26-year-old is a home run hitter (16.7 yard-per-catch average in his career) and should significantly outplay his current ADP right around the WR50 if he can just stay healthy in what should be an explosive offense.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
