6 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Mike Davis is stuck in limbo. He's the retread who hasn't been the team's starter besides the game against Arizona, and he's stuck between the expected starter (Chris Carson) and highly-touted rookie (Rashaad Penny). When Carson was out for a week, the team leaned on Davis and he shined. The following week, he shared carries with Carson, but he still scored and looked great. Two weeks ago in London, he only touched the ball seven times. The shell game being played by Seattle's coaches is unclear at the moment, and there's as good a chance that Davis owns the day on Sunday as there is that he works mostly as a blocking back. He should only be rostered for now in deep leagues, even with the prime matchup against the Lions defense.--Billy Stonick - RotoBaller
