Mike Clevinger Won't Face Disciplinary Action
Mike Clevinger is not expected to face any disciplinary action from the MLB following their investigation. The 32-year-old was under investigation for domestic violence and child abuse. The right-hander has agreed to all evaluations from the league and will comply with any recommendations from the MLB. Clevinger has already been throwing this spring, so his Cactus League debut might not be too far away. He posted an underwhelming 4.33 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and a 91/35 K/BB ratio over 22 starts with the San Diego Padres last season. Possibly, a chance of scenery will help Clevinger, but his fantasy value is certainly shaky heading into the season.
