Forward Mikael Granlund will suit up for the Anaheim Ducks in 2025-26 after signing a three-year, $21 million contract with the team as a free agent on Tuesday. The 33-year-old has turned into a journeyman in recent seasons and split the 2024-25 campaign between the San Jose Sharks and Dallas Stars. Granlund recorded his second consecutive 60-point year, amassing 22 goals and 44 assists over 83 regular-season contests. This made him a very attractive piece for teams on the open market, and the Ducks must be thrilled to have secured Granlund's signature. He should continue to be a consistent scoring threat in a top-six role in Anaheim.--Taavi PailkRead More News
