5 years agoAtlanta Falcons head coach Dan Quinn expects quarterback Matt Ryan (ankle) to play in Week 8 against the Seahawks. Ryan got in some practice on Wednesday, putting him on track to play this weekend after limping off in the fourth quarter of the team's Week 7 blowout loss to the Rams. Atlanta's offense went off the rails last Sunday, but Ryan would at least be a low-end QB1 if he plays through his injury this weekend. If he can't give it a go, Matt Schaub will be under center. Anyone who owns Falcons skill players like Julio Jones, Calvin Ridley or Austin Hooper is surely hoping we won't be seeing Schaub.
