Martin Frk Back on Power Play, Will Be Featured
7 years agoWith the departure of Tomas Tatar from the Detroit Red Wings, right wing Martin Frk finds himself back on the power play after being a healthy scratch the last three games. His return came against the Blues on Wednesday night, where he only registered one power-play shot on goal, but he was clearly a focal point of the attack. Since January, Frk has taken more shots on the power play than any other player in Detroit (19) and will continue to get opportunities. With his above-average shooting percentage (12.7 percent), that should lead to more points on the power play. Look for him if you need an inexpensive option with upside.
