Marlon Mack Scores For First Time Since 2019
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Marlon Mack came into the Week 14 divisional clash against the Kansas City Chiefs with just four carries for 10 yards and two receptions for 11 yards in four combined games with the Broncos and San Francisco 49ers in 2022. In the 34-28 loss to the Chiefs on Sunday, Mack carried the ball three times for 15 yards and caught two of his three targets for 62 yards and a touchdown, his first since the 2019 season. The 26-year-old didn't come into the game until Mike Boone (ankle) was carted off the field, but he took advantage of his opportunities, mainly with a 66-yard TD catch to get the Broncos back in the game. With Boone potentially missing more time, Mack could become a bigger part of Denver's backfield alongside Latavius Murray the rest of the way.
