Luis Robert Jr. Avoids Significant Injury
Luis Robert Jr. (forearm) appears to have avoided any major injuries after getting hit by a pitch during Sunday's game against the Chicago Cubs. Robert made his return to the lineup on Sunday after missing the two previous games due to a groin issue. He took a fastball off the forearm in the ninth inning, but luckily the X-rays came back negative for any fractures. It wouldn't be shocking to see Robert get off a game or two. There has been plenty of speculation that Robert could be traded at the deadline next week. Possibly, the White Sox hold him out until then to avoid anymore injuries.
