New Jersey Devils right wing Kyle Palmieri, who opened the season with a two-goal performance against Edmonton, scored twice again in Thursday's 6-0 win over Washington. He got things started for the team, netting both of his goals -- one on a power play -- in the opening period. Palmieri had a total of five shot on goal in 15:13 on the ice and also picked up one block and one hit. The former Duck missed 20 games but still managed to score 24 goals last season, so he clearly knows where the net is. Palmieri's career-best in goals stands at 30, which is easily beatable if he keeps up this form.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
