Kyle Finnegan Locks Down 12th Save
Kyle Finnegan secured his 12th save of the season in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Guardians. He entered the game with a two-run lead and was able to shut the door after allowing one run on two singles and a sacrifice fly. It wasn't a flawless inning by any means, and Finnegan isn't the most dominant reliever with 15 strikeouts and seven walks through 14 ⅔ innings this season, but he is a saves machine. He is now tied for second in the major leagues in saves this season after posting 38 of them in 2024. As long as he continues to save games at this rate, he is a valuable asset for fantasy.
