Kenny Pickett Out In Week 15, Mitch Trubisky To Make Another Start
1 year agoPittsburgh Steelers quarterback Kenny Pickett (ankle) will miss a second straight game in Week 15 against the Indianapolis Colts on Saturday. The 25-year-old had tightrope surgery after suffering a right high-ankle sprain in Week 13. It's fair to wonder if Pickett will even be able to make it back for a divisional clash in Week 16 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Trubisky made the start in last Thursday's upset loss to the New England Patriots and looked pretty bad, going 22-for-35 for 190 yards with a touchdown and interception. Pittsburgh's offense hasn't looked good all year, and that's probably not suddenly going to change anytime soon, especially with Trubisky now running the show. Trubisky will be a desperation low-end QB2 play for fantasy managers in superflex leagues against Indy.
