Kenny Golladay Expected To Have Increased Role Monday
2 years agoNew York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay, who played just two offensive snaps in last week's win over the Carolina Panthers, is expected to have a slightly increased role on Monday night in the Week 3 matchup with the division-rival Dallas Cowboys. Golladay expressed his disapproval of the situation this week. The 28-year-old former Detroit Lions receiver has just two catches for 22 yards through two games this year, and if nothing changes with his role in New York's offense, the team could be forced to trade the veteran wideout while eating a large chunk of his salary. Kadarius Toney (hamstring) and rookie Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) are both out on Monday night, but Golladay still isn't a lock to see more playing time or targets over the likes of Sterling Shepard, David Sills and Richie James.
