Kendall Hinton Scores First Career Touchdown
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Kendall Hinton, who became famous last year when he was the team's emergency quarterback due to a COVID-19 outbreak in the QB room, caught his first career touchdown in the Week 5 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. Hinton caught two of his three targets on the day for 25 yards and the score. The 24-year-old saw 65 percent of the offensive snaps with both Jerry Jeudy (ankle) and KJ Hamler (knee) sidelined, but his two grabs against Pittsburgh doubled his catch total through the first five games of the season. Even with Jeudy recovering from a high ankle sprain and Hamler out for the season, Hinton is unlikely to see enough looks to become fantasy relevant in this offense, even in much deeper leagues.
