4 years agoNew England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman (knee) was listed as a limited practice participant on Wednesday ahead of Week 1 against the Dolphins. Edelman somehow usually finds his way onto the injury report but usually plays, so we'd expect him to be active for the season opener this Sunday. Miami upgraded their secondary in the offseason, but Edelman should still be peppered with targets from quarterback Cam Newton as his go-to aerial weapon. In what is expected to be more of a run-heavy offense sans Tom Brady, the 34-year-old's floor and ceiling will be lower in 2020. However, he's not a bad under-the-radar WR3 to kick off the season against a familiar foe.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
