Joshua Dobbs Picks Up Victory In First Start With Vikings
1 year agoMinnesota Vikings quarterback Joshua Dobbs led the team to a convincing 27-19 win over the visiting New Orleans Saints in Week 10 in his first start with the team. After being acquired in a trade from the Arizona Cardinals just two weeks ago, Dobbs went 23-for-34 for 268 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions while also carrying the ball eight times for 44 yards and an additional score. It was a strong performance from the 28-year-old, who has now posted at least 27 fantasy points in three straight games. He will be Minnesota's starter under center the rest of the way as one of the best feel-good stories of the 2023 season to this point. And Dobbs will be even more attractive as a QB streamer in fantasy once All-Pro wideout Justin Jefferson (hamstring) returns from Injured Reserve, likely in Week 11 against the Denver Broncos on Sunday Night Football.
