Josh Lowe To Start On The Bench Against Giants
1 year agoTampa Bay Rays outfielder Josh Lowe is not in the starting lineup on Monday as the team takes on the San Francisco Giants. The Rays are going with a right-handed-heavy lineup with left-hander Sean Manaea set to serve as the bulk reliever for San Fran after right-handed opener Ryan Walker. With Lowe starting on the bench, Manuel Margot will start in right field and bat ninth in the order for Tampa. The 25-year-old left-handed-hitting Lowe has been a great source of power and speed in all fantasy leagues this year. He's currently batting .273 (90-for-330) with 14 homers, 58 RBI, 24 stolen bases and 48 runs scored in 97 games. However, he's gone just 6-for-31 (.194) with one of his 14 long balls against southpaws in 2023.
