Jose Urquidy Expected To Start Game 6
5 years agoHouston Astros manager A.J. Hinch hasn't announced a starter for Game 6 of the American League Championship Series in what will likely be a bullpen game, but rookie pitcher Jose Urquidy is expected to start the game against the Yankees. The Mexican right-hander went 2-1 on the year with a 3.95 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 40 strikeouts in 41 innings over seven starts and two relief appearances. He walked one and struck out three in 1 2/3 scoreless frames in Game 4 of the American League Division Series against the Rays. Because he might not last long in this game, Urquidy isn't the best DFS one-game play for Saturday night.
