2 years agoHouston Astros second baseman Jose Altuve (elbow) is back at second base and is leading off on Friday against the Baltimore Orioles and right-hander Dean Kremer. Altuve missed Thursday's game after getting hit in the elbow by a pitch earlier this week, but he'll be back for the weekend series against Baltimore. Fantasy managers can go ahead and insert the 32-year-old veteran back into their starting lineups. Altuve has been scorching hot in the month of September, going 24-for-69 (.348) with three home runs, five RBI, 16 runs scored and six stolen bases in 18 games, and he's riding a modest four-game hitting streak going into Friday's game against the O's.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
