Toronto Blue Jays closer Jordan Romano (illness) stated that he is "ready to go" if the team needs him in Friday night's game against the Cincinnati Reds. He says that he is feeling a lot better. The 29-year-old has been dealing with a gastrointestinal infection this past week and he has been unavailable since Monday. Adam Cimber converted two saves while Romano was out, but Romano will certainly be back in the closing role now.
