Jordan Mason's Status Remains Up In The Air
2 months agoSan Francisco 49ers running back Jordan Mason (shoulder) remains "up in the air" for Sunday's game, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network. Mason suffered an AC joint sprain during last Thursday's game against the Seattle Seahawks. Mason logged two consecutive limited practice sessions on Wednesday and Thursday this week, which is a promising sign. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to Friday's injury report, as it will likely clarify the 25-year-old's status for the weekend. Mason has performed very well replacing the injured Christian McCaffrey (calf), running for 609 yards with three scores through six games, and should be locked into all lineups if he is able to play. If he cannot, rookie Isaac Guerendo should take the lead role.
