Vegas Golden Knights forward Jonathan Marchessault scored a hat trick to push the team past the Pittsburgh Penguins on Saturday night. With the game tied at 3-3, JAM scored twice in the second period before notching his third with an empty-netter to seal the deal 7-3. He's the second different Vegas player to score a hat trick, joining William Karlsson. The Swede finished the game with a goal and assist, as did Max Pacioretty. Paul Stastny and Colin Miller had two assists. Marchessault had been struggling following the holiday break, but his efforts on Saturday should provide a nice confidence boost. He now has 17 goals and 34 points for the season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
