Montreal Canadiens forward Jonathan Drouin was forced to exit Tuesday's 3-0 victory over Detroit early after he was hit in the head by a shot from teammate Brett Kulak. He was taken straight to a hospital for evaluations. The seriousness of Drouin's injury remains unknown at present. The 26-year-old has collected two goals and five assists in 11 games this season but carries a poor-looking minus-five rating. He's been skating on the second line with Josh Anderson and Mike Hoffmann. Christian Dvorak will likely be promoted to the top six if Drouin is forced to miss time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
