Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jonathan Bernier will be in net on Friday night against the Minnesota Wild. Jimmy Howard (illness) is unavailable for the contest so Harri Sateri will serve as the backup. Bernier replaced Howard on Wednesday evening and allowed one goal on 12 shots during a 5-4 overtime loss. The veteran netminder has a 6-13-4 record this season to go along with a 3.31 goals-against average and .898 save percentage. The Wild come into this contest having played on Thursday and sit 27th in the league in goals per game (2.74). With that being said, rolling with Bernier is always a risky proposition for fantasy owners. He is a low-end streaming option for Friday night.--Raymond Harrison - RotoBaller
