4 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Joe Flacco (neck) was informed that he will be placed on the active roster to begin the 2020 season, according to a source. Flacco will miss the first few games due to his neck injury, but it's good news for his long-term health outlook as the backup to Sam Darnold this year. The 35-year-old former Super Bowl champion with the Ravens looked like a shell of his former self before going down for the season in Denver with his neck injury, and he won't have any fantasy appeal while holding a clipboard in New York. Even if Flacco has to take over if Darnold is injured in 2020, you'd have better QB2 options in superflex leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
