Joe Burrow Ready To Go At OTAs
4 years agoCincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow (knee) is at the team's first day of organized team activities on Tuesday and is wearing a jersey, carrying a helmet and has a brace on his surgically repaired knee. While Burrow probably won't do much at OTAs over the next couple weeks, the good news is that he's out there and remains on track to be fully ready for Week 1 of the regular season against the Minnesota Vikings. The 24-year-old threw for 2,688 yards, 13 touchdowns and five interceptions in 10 games in his rookie season before suffering his season-ending knee injury. Burrow's arrow is pointing upward and the Bengals gave him more weapons in the passing game by drafting receiver Ja'Marr Chase in the first round. Cincy's offensive line must protect Burrow better, but he has intriguing upside as a low-end QB1/high-end QB2 in 2021.
