Jhonattan Vegas has been forced to withdraw from this week’s CIMB Classic. Vegas’ passport is due to expire in two months time, and the Venezuelan golfer has been unable to get it renewed in time for this week’s event. It is not the first time that Vegas has had paperwork issues. At last year’s Open Championship Vegas made his tee-time at the final moment. Sam Ryder has replaced Vegas in this week’s CIMB Classic field.--Gianni
