Bantamweight Jesse Strader suffered a quick loss during the UFC Fight Night Prelims. Strader, who was making his debut with the organization, earned a reputation for finishing his opponents. However, it was he who fell victim to the heavy hands of Montel Jackson, losing via KO/TKO early in the first round. With some more seasoning, Sui Generis may pick up some wins in the UFC moving ahead due to his proficiency as a striker, but the loss here shouldn't shock anyone, primarily since Jackson was a -500 favorite entering the bout.--Dennis Clausen
