Jerry Jeudy Fades Into Background In Run-Heavy Approach Monday Night
1 year agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Jerry Jeudy continued to be a disappointment for fantasy managers in the team's 24-22 upset win over the Buffalo Bills on Monday Night Football, catching all three of his targets on the night for 35 yards. Jeudy did have a big chain-moving catch late in the game and had drew a big pass-interference call that led to the game-winning field goal with time expiring in the fourth quarter, but that was basically the extent of his night in a game in which the Broncos leaned heavily on their rushing attack for their third straight win. Meanwhile, Courtland Sutton continued to be quarterback Russell Wilson's favorite target with eight catches (11 targets) for 53 yards and his seventh TD of the year. Jeudy has gone under 50 receiving yards twice in the last four games and has just one touchdown in eight games on the year.
