Detroit Tigers third baseman Jeimer Candelario (knee) exited Saturday's game against the Chicago Cubs with a knee injury. He is not in the starting lineup for Sunday's series finale against the Cubs. However, he is available to come off the bench according to Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press. Harold Castro is covering third base and batting second in Sunday's game. Candelario has had a solid season thus far, slashing .286/.363/.393 over 38 games.
