2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Javonte Williams was out-carried by backfield mate Melvin Gordon III in the season opener, but that wasn't the case in the Week 2 win over the Houston Texans, when Williams had 15 carries for 75 yards. He added a 10-yard catch after posting 11 receptions in Week 1. Gordon isn't going to go away in this backfield, which will infuriate Williams' fantasy managers, but he's still the 1A to Gordon's 1B moving forward. The 23-year-old has yet to find the end zone in 2022, but his involvement in the offense makes him a must-start, high-end RB2 each week, even against a San Francisco 49ers defense that has allowed the second-fewest rushing yards per game (67.5) through the first two weeks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
