6 years agoNew England Patriots running back James White racked up 53 all-purpose yards in the Patriots 27-20 win over the Texans in Week 1. White caught four passes out of the backfield for 38 yards and added 18 rushing yards on five carries. With Rex Burkhead, Sony Michel and Jeremy Hill on the opening day roster, it was unclear what White's role would be on the team. But quarterback Tom Brady trusts his veteran teammate implicitly and gave him some opportunities right out of the gate. White isn't fantasy relevant in so much that he has the potential to steal fantasy points from Patriots starters moving forward.--Joey C - RotoBaller
