Jamal Adams Has Been Playing Through Injury
4 years agoSeattle Seahawks All-Pro safety Jamal Adams (shoulder) said he has been "playing with one arm" for the last two weeks because of a shoulder injury that he suffered on the first play of the loss to the Rams in Week 10. Adams finished that game and then played every defensive snap four days later when Seattle beat the Cardinals last Thursday night. He recorded seven tackles and two sacks in the game, including a forced fumble on one of the sacks. Adams has missed four games with a groin injury in his first year in Seattle, but he still leads the team with 5.5 sacks and remains an elite IDP option at the defensive back position. He'll be a must-start in Week 12 against the Eagles and turnover-prone quarterback Carson Wentz on Monday night.
