Jalen Hurts Fails To Find End Zone In Week 14 Loss
1 year agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 18 of 27 passes for 197 yards, took five carries for 30 yards, and lost a fumble during the team's 13-33 loss to the Dallas Cowboys in Week 14. This was the 25-year-old's worst performance of the season by far. The Eagles were in scoring position multiple times, and Hurts was throwing the ball well, but costly fumbles by A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith in scoring range, plus a slew of penalties, held him and the entire Eagles offense back from having good fantasy performances. With the meat of their gauntlet run over with, fantasy managers can count on Hurts to produce at a higher level moving forward. The Eagles' starting quarterback will be a top-five option next week against Seattle.
