St. Louis Blues goaltender Jake Allen struggled in his team's opening night loss to the Jets on Thursday. The 28-year-old allowed five goals on 25 shots in the game, including getting beaten on four different occasions in the third period alone. Allen had a down season with the Blues in 2017-2018, finishing the year with a 2.75 goals against average and a .906 save percentage. The New Brunswick native starting role remains fairly solid but it's difficult to classify him as anything but a low-tier starter in fantasy at this point. Allen will look to get back on track as the Blues play at home against the Blackhawks on Saturday.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
