Montreal Canadiens goaltender Jake Allen had to make only 22 saves for his first shutout of the season in Tuesday's 4-0 triumph over Chicago. He posted his 24th career shutout, and first since November 2021. After beating the Oilers at the weekend, Allen has now posted wins in back-to-back starts for only the second time this season. He's had a tough time playing behind a bad team, going 12-17-2 with a 3.42 goals-against average and a .895 save percentage. In his next game, Allen will try to win three consecutive regular-season outings for the first time since March 2018.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
