1 year agoJacksonville Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson plans to play the team's starters for the entire first half in this week's preseason finale against the Miami Dolphins on Saturday. "So, they'll get that opportunity this week and I'll monitor it, I'll be on top of that too. So, if I need to pull them out, I'll pull them out but, right now, it's still full steam ahead," Pederson said. The Jaguars have had some bad luck with injuries so far this preseason, but Pederson thinks it's more important to get his starters a tune-up before the start of the regular season in Week 1. Quarterback Trevor Lawrence and the rest of the offense have high expectations in 2023 after they made the postseason and won their first game in an incredible comeback over the Los Angeles Chargers.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
