Miami Dolphins linebacker Jaelan Phillips (Achilles) said on Wednesday that he walked without a boot for the first time since having surgery to fix a torn Achilles and is well on his way to recovery. Phillips suffered the injury in a Week 12 win over the New York Jets on Nov. 24 and is now two months removed from the surgery. The 24-year-old has a shot to be fully recovered in time for Week 1 of the regular season, barring setbacks, but we'll keep a close eye on his recovery this offseason. Before his season-ending injury, Phillips was on pace for career-best numbers with 43 tackles (28 solo), 6.5 sacks, seven tackles for loss, 11 QB hits and an interception in eight games played. Phillips will be an integral part of Miami's linebacking corps again in 2024.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
