Jaden Schwartz Considered Day-To-Day
2 years agoSeattle Kraken left wing Jaden Schwartz is nursing a lower-body problem and is considered day-to-day, head coach Dave Hakstol announced on Saturday. The 30-year-old was injured in Friday's preseason game against Edmonton. The Kraken squad isn't overly talented and they will be hoping that Schwartz can recover in time for Wednesday's season opener against Anaheim. Schwartz will personally be eager to get back healthy again as well after skating in just 37 games last season because of injuries. He managed a decent haul of eight goals and 15 assists in limited action. The veteran winger has averaged nearly 0.7 points per game for his career and he could be useful when in form for teams in deep fantasy leagues.
