Jace Jung Hits Ninth Home Run
6 months agoDetroit Tigers infield prospect Jace Jung launched his ninth home run of the season on Thursday and has continued his strong debut season at Triple-A. Through 53 games, the 23-year-old holds a solid .276/.389/.505 line with 37 RBI, one stolen base, and a 37:58 BB:K ratio. In his past nine games, he has only gone hitless twice and is currently riding a .313 AVG. His production this season is very similar to his .284/.373/.563 line he held through 47 games at Double-A last summer which is a great sign. Jung has not hit any roadblocks in his final stop in the minors and is fast approaching his major league debut. He should remain rostered in all dynasty and keeper leagues and could become a popular stash candidate in redraft leagues later in the summer.
