J.J. Watt Ruled Out For Thursday Night
3 years agoArizona Cardinals defensive end J.J. Watt (shoulder) has been ruled out for the Thursday night game against the Green Bay Packers with a shoulder injury. Corey Peters (illness), Jack Crawford (undisclosed) and Rashard Lawrence (calf) are also questionable for the Cardinals. It's bad news for the Cardinals defensive line, but the good news is that they'll be getting their best pass-rusher in Chandler Jones back from the COVID-19 list after a two-game absence, and the Packers will be without their top two wideouts in Davante Adams and Allen Lazard. Arizona's defense/special teams has been a strong play all year as the No. 3 fantasy defense heading into Week 8, but they'll be more of a low-end starting unit this week.
