New England Patriots impending free-agent cornerback J.C. Jackson is expected to hit the free-agent market, rather than receive the franchise tag. One of the best playmaking defensive backs in the NFL will surely generate significant interest on the open market. The 26-year-old is coming off a Pro Bowl season in 2021 in which he generated a career-high 58 tackles (44 solo), eight interceptions (one for a touchdown), a league-high 23 passes defensed and one forced fumble in 17 regular season games. In his first four seasons in the NFL with the Patriots, Jackson has a whopping 25 interceptions and 53 passes defensed in 62 games played.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
