Isaac Seumalo Needs Season-Ending Surgery
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles offensive guard Isaac Seumalo (foot) suffered a Lisfranc injury in the Monday night loss to the Dallas Cowboys and will require season-ending surgery. Seumalo will be placed on Injured Reserve as well. It's another big blow to an already beat up Eagles offensive line, as Brandon Brooks (pectoral) is already on Injured Reserve and left tackle Jordan Mailata is also hurt. Nate Herbig replaced Seumalo on the offensive line on Monday night and is likely to get the start in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Quarterback Jalen Hurts and the Eagles running game could be in trouble with a shaky offensive line in front of them.
