Texas Rangers infielder Hanser Alberto was added to the Rangers roster following Adrian Beltre's move to the disabled list. Alberto will play the utility infielder role with Isaiah Kiner-Falefa manning third base. In 2018 at Triple-A, Alberto has hit .281 with one home run, 16 runs and 17 RBI. Even with regular playing time, Alberto offers little in terms of fantasy value, as he does not offer much power or speed upside. In addition, in his previous two major league stints, he has hit just .194 in 162 plate appearances. Right now Alberto only has fantasy value in deep AL-only formats.--Ben Rolfe
