New York Giants wide receiver Golden Tate (hamstring) is officially active in Week 2, with the Giants taking on the Chicago Bears. This probably isn't the week for fantasy managers to play Tate, as he'll likely be a little limited as he works his way back. But if you need a deep league dart throw, Tate's a solid option, and his presence presents a slight hit to both Darius Slayton and Sterling Shepard.
