Gleyber Torres 100 Percent Healthy
7 years agoNew York Yankees shortstop prospect Gleyber Torres (elbow) has been in camp with the team and is 100 percent healthy after having Tommy John surgery last year on his non-throwing elbow. Manager Aaron Boone said Torres has no restrictions in camp. Torres hit .287/.383/.480 in 55 games in the minors last year and has a chance to open the season as the Bombers' starting second baseman. He'll also see repetitions at shortstop and third base this spring. Torres is one of the top prospects in all of baseball. He won't necessarily be a must-draft player in shallow mixed leagues, but he should be relevant in deep mixed and AL-only leagues, and he should already be stashed in dynasty/keeper formats.
