Houston Astros centerfielder George Springer left Friday's game against the Rangers after being hit by a pitch in the third inning. The pitch struck his elbow and Springer immediately broke down in pain. He made it through the inning but was lifted after that in what appears to be a precautionary measure and is considered day-to-day.
